At Ric Gass’s kind invitation, I spoke recently at the Litigation Counsel of America’s 2012 Fall Conference at The Breakers in Palm Beach, FL.

The three-day program was terrific, the speakers were so interesting that I even attended presentations on litigation-oriented topics like jury consulting even though I haven’t practiced law since 1990.

The “Distinguished Guest Speaker” gift was quite impressive, an beautiful, engraved, foot-tall crystal vase.  Fortunately, they graciously offered to ship it home for us, I doubt I could have gotten this onto the plane.
